FRISCO, Texas (September 30, 2009)– Today, Soccer America magazine named the Top 40 boys and girls youth soccer clubs in America. Again, US Youth Soccer continues as the common thread of America's best.
Now in its seventh installment, Soccer America selected the top 40 boys and girls clubs, based on success of their teams in national youth competitions over the last three years and national recognition for players from these clubs in 2009.
The most important criteria for determining "Soccer America's Top 40 youth rankings" was success in the US Youth Soccer National Championships during a three-year cycle (2007-2009) and the number of players who went on to U.S. Soccer National Teams and were selected to US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program All-Star rosters.
"It has been a fantastic year for us that included our affiliation with Manchester United, one of the top clubs in the world, having five teams in the US Youth Soccer National Championships, our U-16 Boys crowned US Youth Soccer National Champions, making history in the Dallas Cup by winning three championships in one year and now this, being recognized by Soccer America as one of the top clubs in the country. Needless to say, this makes me very proud and at the same time very grateful and thankful for all of the hard working people in our organization who help to make these things possible. With all of the great clubs around the county, it is not easy to be recognized as No. 1 for the last several years," said Hassan Nazari, founder and director of coaching of the Dallas Texans. Nazari is also the coach of the 2009 Under-16 Boys US Youth Soccer National Champions.

U-18 Training with Manchester United
MANCHESTER UNITED TRIP
Complete success in every aspect

Four coaches, including Dallas Texans Austin's Girl's Director K.C. Crabb, and five players from our club just got back from the first visit to Manchester United FC. According to Hassan Nazari, Director of the Texans, the trip was very informative and our coaches and players learned greatly from the Manchester United Academy coaches. He also said that it isn’t a surprise that Manchester United is one of the best and most professional football clubs in the world. Man U demonstrated the highest level of training and professionalism and instilled this into their young players at the Academy level.
It was a fantastic trip for our own boys to be exposed to that type of training and very educational for our coaches who observed the training methods. We will be implementing some of their programs and ideas into our own soccer training program very soon to make our club even more successful and to benefit each player in our organization. As we continue with our affiliation with Man U, we will develop more opportunities to interact with each other in order to allow for our club to constantly evolve and become better.
Our trip concluded with watching the 2010 World Cup qualifier between England and Croatia in the state of the art Wimbley Stadium. England won!
